Ellex has advised Sweden-based Hansas Property Holding on the sale of its Latvian subsidiary Hanzas Park to Twelve.
Twelve is a member of the One Development group.
According to Ellex, the transaction involved the transfer of real estate located at 18 Hanzas Street in Riga, where the buyer is planning to develop a modern mixed-use project.
