Walless has advised joint lead managers Citigroup Global Markets Europe, ING Bank, and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken on Akropolis Group’s EUR 350 million green bond offering. TGS Baltic advised Akropolis Group.
According to Walless, the issuance (Akropolis Group’s second green note offering) was met with strong investor demand and highlights the growing appetite for environmentally conscious investments in the region. The notes are listed on both Euronext Dublin and NASDAQ Vilnius.
