Sorainen has advised a logistics real estate developer Sirin Development on its sale of a logistics and transport site in Vilnius to the passenger transport company TOKS.
"The sold 42,000 square meter site will be transformed into a modern electric commercial vehicle service center, featuring an electric vehicle charging depot, a technical maintenance and service center, including infrastructure to accommodate over 300 commercial vehicles, and a training unit for new drivers," the Sorainen press release stated.
According to the firm, the acquisition will result in the development of the largest electric commercial vehicle service center in the region.
The Sorainen team included Partner Simonas Skukauskas and Counsel Karolis Kunigelis.
Sorainen did not reply to our inquiry on the matter.
