Sorainen, working with Morrison Foerster, has advised Palo Alto Networks on its acquisition of Chronosphere.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
According to Sorainen, Palo Alto Networks will acquire Chronosphere for USD 3.35 billion in cash and replacement equity awards, subject to adjustments. Chronosphere provides observability architecture designed for large-scale, AI-driven environments. Combined with Palo Alto Networks’ AgentiX, the acquisition is expected to shift the offering from traditional monitoring toward autonomous remediation capabilities.
The Sorainen team included Partner Laimonas Skibarka, Counsel Raminta Karlonaite, Senior Associate Mindaugas Dominykas Baniulis, and Associate Goda Jakubauskaite.
