Fort Legal has advised EfTEN Special Opportunities Fund on the development and financing of the Kvepia Metom residential project in Vilnius, developed by Rinvest.
According to Fort Legal, the project has secured EUR 4.5 million in financing and will comprise a residential apartment complex with accompanying commercial premises, landscaped green areas, children’s playgrounds, and other amenities. Construction is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2027.
The Fort Legal team included Partner Ruta Radzeviciute-Meizeraite, Associate Partner Aurelija Grigoraviciute-Rimeisiene, and Associate Vilte Vosilyte.
