Paulina Komorowska has rejoined PwC Legal Polska as Counsel and Head of TMT/IP and Data Protection.

According to PwC Legal, Komorowska "advises clients on personal data protection law, intellectual property, new technologies, e-commerce, competition, and consumers. Paulina supports clients from various industries, including the new technologies sector and regulated sectors, including pharmaceutical, financial, and insurance. She has extensive experience in multidisciplinary and multi-jurisdictional projects."

Komorowska, a Jagiellonian University graduate, started her career with Allen & Overy, where she spent one year as a Junior Associate. She first joined PwC in 2012 and spent three years with the firm, before joining WKB as an Associate, between 2015 and 2017. She then joined CMS in 2017, was promoted to Senior associate in 2019, and left the firm in 2021.

According to the firm, "Paulina has experience in advising on competition and consumer law, including the preparation of notifications of the intention to concentrate, designing distribution and franchising models, analyses related to agreements restricting competition and abuse of a dominant position, proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, inspections and searches of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, as well as in the scope of practices violating collective consumer interests, including unfair advertising."
