Gawronski & Partners has promoted its Head of Public Procurement Jacek Liput to Partner.

Liput has been with the firm since 2019, when he joined from Huawei Technologies (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on June 17, 2019). Prior to that, he worked for over two years as the company's Senior Legal Counsel for Poland. Earlier, he spent ten years with CMS in Warsaw, between 2008 and 2017.

"I am proud that in two years I built my practice and gained the trust of my clients and colleagues," commented Liput. "In the near future, I plan to dynamically use the growth potential and freedom of action offered by Gawronski & Partners. The moment is interesting because the new Polish Public Procurement Law arrived in 2021 and new large technological and infrastructure projects are soon going to start in Poland. I am also happy to work with people excited by interesting challenges, understanding business and technology, and forming a great team to work and laugh with."

"Apart from his legal virtues, Jacek is also an excellent colleague and personality that corresponds to the values of our team such as collaboration, mutual support, kindness, and sense of humor," added Gawronski & Partners Managing Partner Maciej Gawronski.
