Former Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlezak Senior Counsel Anna Kratiuk has joined Wiercinski, Kwiecinski, Baehr as Partner.
Specializing in Corporate/M&A, Kratiuk spent over 14 years at SK&S, having first joined as a Senior Associate in 2007, and later promoted to Senior Counsel in 2019. Between 2003 and 2004, she also was an Intern at Prawna Calus, Szmelter, Kratiuk, and Partners.
