Kinstellar has announced new leadership appointments across its service lines and sectors.
Vienna Office Managing Partner Horst Ebhardt has been appointed Co-Head of the M&A, Corporate and Private Equity Service Line alongside Prague Office Managing Partner Jan Juroska. Moreover, Bucharest-based Counsel Catalin Graure will serve as Head of the firm-wide Foreign Direct Investment Service Line and Prague-based Partner Barbara Kusak and Bucharest-based Partner Rusandra Sandu will lead the firm-wide Consumer & Retail Sector.
