Schoenherr has promoted Evelin Hilna, Matthias Pressler, Michal Jendzelovsky, Jan Primozic, and Magdalena Roibu to Partner across CEE.
Austria-based Evelin Hilna focuses on competition, EU & foreign trade. She has been with the firm since 2012, when she joined as an Associate. She was promoted to Attorney at Law in 2018 and Counsel in 2021.
Matthias Pressler, based in Austria as well, focuses his practice on banking, finance, and capital markets. He has been with Schoenherr since 2015, when he joined as an Attorney at Law before being promoted to Counsel in 2020. Earlier, he worked for Deloitte as a Senior Consultant from 2011 to 2015.
Czech Republic-based Michal Jendzelovsky focuses on corporate, M&A, and venture capital areas of law. He has been with the firm since 2020, when he joined as an Attorney at Law before becoming a Counsel in 2024. Earlier, he worked for Pontes as a Senior Associate from 2016 to 2019 and as a Managing Associate from 2019 to 2020. Earlier still, he worked for Clifford Chance as a Junior Associate from 2011 to 2015 and as an Associate from 2015 to 2016.
Jan Primozic, based in Slovenia, focuses his practice on corporate and M&A work. He joined Schoenherr as an Associate in 2014 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2019 and Attorney at Law in 2021.
Romania-based Magdalena Roibu focuses her work on dispute resolutions and white collar crime. She joined the firm in 2017 as a Senior Attorney at Law and became a Managing Attorney at Law in 2022. Earlier, she spent seven years at the helm of Magdalena Roibu Law Office, from 2010 to 2017.
