Karanovic & Partners Mints Three New Senior Partners

Karanovic & Partners has promoted Milena Jaksic Papac, Veton Qoku, and Igor Angelovski to Senior Partners.

Belgrade-based Jaksic Papac, who coordinates Karanovic & Partners' employment practice, has been with the firm since 2008, when she joined as an Associate. She was promoted to a Senior Associate in 2012, took over the Employment Practice in 2013, and was promoted to a Partner in 2018.

Skopje-based Qoku has been at the helm of the firm's North Macedonian office for 15 years, starting off as a Junior Associate in 2010 before getting promoted to an Associate in 2013, a Senior Associate in 2016, and a Partner in 2021.

Ljubljana-based Angelovski, who is a part of Ketler & Partners, member of Karanovic, focuses his practice on corporate and tax matters. He joined the firm as a Partner in 2019, having previously worked for Kavcic, Bracun & Partners as a Partner from 2014 to 2019. Earlier, he worked for Miro Senica and Attorneys as an Attorney at Law from 2009 to 2014.
