Oppenheim has promoted Head of Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Peter Virag to Partner.

Virag has been with the firm since 2024 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 8, 2024), when he joined as an Attorney at Law. Earlier, he worked for DLA Piper as an Associate from 2016 to 2017 and as a Senior Associate from 2017 to 2024. Earlier still, he worked for the Hungarian Competition Authority as a Case Handler from 2012 to 2016, as well as for BNT Attorneys as a Junior Associate from 2009 to 2011.
