CMS has promoted Cornelia Kreuth, Wolfgang Hellsberg, and Karmen Sinozic to Partner.
In the same promotion round, Jia Schulz‑Cao and Marie‑Christine Lidl were elevated to Counsel.
Kreuth specializes in corporate and M&A. She joined CMS as an Associate in 2018 and was promoted to a Senior Associate in 2022. Earlier, she worked for OLG Wien as an Associate in 2017.
Hellsberg focuses on banking and finance. He has been with CMS since 2021, when he joined as an Associate. He was promoted to an Attorney at Law in 2022. Earlier, he worked as an Associate for Schoenherr from 2018 to 2021.
Sinozic, who has been promoted to Partner at Bardek, Lisac, Musec, Skoko & Partners in cooperation with CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz, specializes in data protection and commercial law. She joined the firm in 2019 as an Associate and was promoted to Attorney at Law in 2020 and to Senior Associate in 2022. Earlier, she worked for Madirazza & Partners as a Junior Associate from 2016 to 2019.
