Lukasz Lasek and Antoni Bolecki have become Limited Partners and Kinga Ziemnicka, Igor Hanas and Maciej Szewczyk have become Contract Partners at Wardynski & Partners.

Lukasz Lasek, who is qualified in both Poland and England, handles international commercial disputes and criminal cases involving fraud, corruption, and money laundering. He holds Polish and English legal qualifications. He graduated from the University of Warsaw in 2011 and joined the firm the following year.

Antoni Bolecki leads Wardynski & Partners' Competition and Consumer Protection practice. He obtained his law degree from the University of Warsaw in 2002, then obtained a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Warsaw in 2012. He first joined Wardynski & Partners in 2008, then in January, 2014 became the Head of Competition and Consumer Protection at Greenberg Traurig. In 2017 he joined Hansberry Tomkiel as a Partner (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on April 4, 2017), then returned to Wardynski & Partners in September, 2019.

Kinga Ziemnicka specializes in Corporate/M&A and heads the firm's Corporate Accounting practice. She represents clients in corporate disputes between shareholders and challenges to corporate resolutions. According to Wardynski & Partners, "she also coordinates legal support for clients in M&A transactions: structuring of transactions, negotiations of agreements for sale of shares and enterprises, and investment agreements involving establishment of corporate relations and capital financing. She also advises clients in ongoing corporate matters, particularly involving creation, restructuring and liquidation of companies and partnerships." She obtained her J.D. from the University of Warsaw and joined Wardynski & Partners in 2008, after spending eight years in-house at Bakoma Sp. z o.o.

Igor Hanas co-leads Wardynski & Partners' Energy practice. According to the firm, "he advises clients from the sectors of renewable and conventional energy and chemicals in regulatory and development matters, including acquisition of development projects, [and] he advises clients in obtaining concessions for production, sale and distribution of energy, and represents clients before concession authorities. He also advises companies on matters of self-generation, corporate power purchase agreements, and trading in energy, including on energy exchanges. For many years he has advised engineering, procurement and construction contractors in development projects in the energy sector." He graduated from the University of Bialystok in 2002, and began his career in-house with Raiffeisen the following year. In 2008 he moved into private practice with Magnusson, and four years later moved to Squire Patton Boggs. He joined Wardynski & Partners as an Of Counsel in August, 2020.

Maciej Szewczyk, who is based in the firm's Poznan office, is dual-qualified in both Poland and England, specializes in commercial law and M&A transactions, and coordinates the activity of the firm’s Common Law Desk. He joined Wardynski & Partners in 2007, immediately after graduating from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
