Adriana Mierzwa-Bronikowska, Lukasz Jankowski, and Rafal Kluziak have been promoted to Local Partner, as part of DLA Piper’s recent promotion round that also included the recently reported promotion of Agnieszka Lehwark and Bartlomiej Palusiak to Partner (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on May 9, 2022).

Specializing in infrastructure projects, Mierzwa-Bronikowska joined DLA Piper in 2019 and has been a Head of Projects/PPP (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on August 29, 2019). Previously, she was a Counsel at Hogan Lovells from 2014 to 2019 and at Chadbourne & Parke from 2008 to 2013. Earlier still, she worked as a Senior Associate at Eversheds Sutherland from 2006 to 2008, and at Gide Loyrette Nouel from 2005 to 2006.

Jankowski has expertise in energy law and has been with the firm since 2019, having first joined as Head of Energy Practice. Between 2013 and 2019, he worked at Eversheds Sutherland first as a Head of Energy, and later promoted to a Partner in 2016. Earlier, he worked at Chalas i Wspolnicy as Head of Energy from 2012 to 2013. Between 2008 and 2012, he worked at E.ON Polska, first as Legal Counsel, and later as Legal Department Manager promoted in 2011.

Kluziak specializes in M&A and has worked at DLA Piper since 2019, having first joined as a Counsel. Earlier, he was a Counsel at CMS, where he spent over eight years, from 2010 to 2019. He also worked for Polish Financial Supervision Authority between 2008 and 2009, first as an Intern and later as a Senior Assistant, promoted in 2008.
