Closing: Marvipol Development's Sale of Unique Tower Now Closed

On September 16, 2022, Greenberg Traurig announced that Marvipol Development's sale of Unique Tower to Heimstaden Bostad (reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 2, 2021) has now closed.

As previously reported, Greenberg Traurig advised companies in the Marvipol group on the sale of residential and commercial units in three built-to-rent residential projects in Warsaw to Swedish company Heimstaden Bostad – Unique Tower is one of those projects. Dentons advised Heimstaden Bostad on the deal.

According to Greenberg Traurig, “Unique Tower is a modern multi-use development comprising residential, office, and commercial units. The Unique Tower development is one of the tallest premium residential buildings in Poland.”

Marvipol Development is a Polish real estate developer operating in residential and industrial areas.

Heimstaden Bostad is a European residential property owner and operator. Currently, the company owns over 100,000 residential units in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
