Greenberg Traurig has advised insurance companies from the Uniqa Group on long-term cooperation agreements with mBank, covering the exclusive distribution of insurance products. DWF advised mBank.

Uniqa Group is an insurance provider.

According to Greenberg Traurig, the 12-year agreements ensure UNIQA’s offerings remain exclusively available to retail customers of mBank and mLeasing, a core subsidiary of the mBank Group. The agreements pave the way for the continued development of standalone insurance products and services promoting sustainable development, particularly targeting the corporate customer segment. The collaboration also includes provisions for ongoing investment in digitalization and streamlined processes.
