Greenberg Traurig and Rymarz Zdort Maruta Advise on Manova Partners' Acquisition of Warsaw’s Vibe Office Building

Greenberg Traurig has advised Manova Partners on its acquisition of the Vibe office building in Warsaw from Ghelamco. Rymarz Zdort Maruta, and reportedly Dentons, advised Ghelamco.

No deal value was disclosed.

Ghelamco is an international developer in Europe.

Manova Partners is an international property investment manager headquartered in Munich.

According to Greenberg Traurig, located near Rondo Daszynskiego, Vibe offers roughly 15,000 square meters of modern office space and is leased to established tenants. 

The Greenberg Traurig team included Partner Maciej Jodkowski, Counsel Karol Lewandowski, Senior Associates Iga Czerniak and Alicja Flis, Associates Paulina Horodenska-Wieczorek, Marcin Gralewski, and Hanna Zaboklicka, and Junior Associates Weronika Kopec, Przemyslaw Susol, and Igor Jedrys.

The Rymarz Zdort Maruta team included Partners Leszek Tokarski and Krzysztof Rembierz and Senior Associate Jakub Grzyb.
