CK Legal has advised Vehis Finanse on its base prospectus for its first Public Bond Issuance Program.
"The Polish Financial Supervision Authority has approved the base prospectus for the first Public Bond Issuance Program of Vehis Finanse," CK Legal reported. "Under the prospectus, Vehis Finanse may issue bonds with a total nominal value of up to PLN 400 million."
Vehis Finanse is a financial services provider focused on vehicle financing solutions for individuals and businesses. The company is backed by Enterprise Investors.
The CK Legal team included Founding Partner Wojciech Chabasiewicz and Head of Capital Markets Anita Gwozdz.
