Co-founded by Damian Kopera, Adrian Andrychowski, and Szymon Golebiowski, AGK Legal has opened for business in Warsaw.
Specializing in antitrust & consumer Law, Kopera was earlier Head of Competition and Consumer Protection and Counsel at JDP in 2024. Before that, he was Counsel at NGL Legal between 2022 and 2023 and a Senior Associate at Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlezak from 2020 to 2022. Earlier still, he held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Grupa Azoty between 2018-2020. He started his career as a Lawyer at Clifford Chance in 2013 and continued at Baker McKenzie from 2015 to 2018.
Andrychowski specializes in commercial litigation and private enforcement. He was with JDP since 2019, first as a Senior Associate from 2019 to 2022, and then as Counsel from 2022 to 2025. Prior to joining JDP, he spent over five years at Wozniak Legal, first as an Associate from 2014 to 2018 and as a Senior Associate from 2018 to 2019.
Golebiowski also specializes in competition, antitrust, and litigation, and was a Senior Associate at Bird & Bird from 2022 to 2025. Before that, he was a Senior Associate at Taylor Wessing Poland from 2020 to 2022, and an Advocate at Kancelaria Modzelewska & Pasnik from 2016 to 2020. Golebiowski began his career at Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlezak as a Paralegal in 2011 and was promoted to Associate in 2012.
