Kochanski & Partners has promoted Dominik Wojtas to Partner and appointed him as the new Head of Media and Media Litigation Practice at the firm.
Wojtas joined Kochanski & Partners in January 2025 as a Counsel. Earlier, he worked for Elzanowski & Partners as a Managing Associate from 2021 to 2025. Earlier still, he worked for Michalowski Stefanski as an Attorney at Law from 2012 to 2021.
"It is an honour for me, but above all it is a commitment to our clients and the values we uphold," commented Wojtas. "The media world is not slowing down, and the pressure on freedom of speech is evolving. I want to continue what has worked so well and been so successful so far, while also adding my own value. I intend to proactively seek new solutions and build an even stronger position for our brand and the entire practice."
