Former Penteris Corporate and M&A Partners Wojciech Fabrycki and Tomasz Kudelski have joined LegalKraft.
Before the move, Fabrycki was a Partner with Penteris from 2018 to 2025 and with Dubinski Jelenski Masiarz i Wspolnicy from 2008 to 2018. Earlier, he was a Partner with GWW from 2007 to 2008.
Before joining LegalKraft, Kudelski was a Partner with Penteris from 2020 to 2025 and with Magnusson from 2018 to 2020.
According to LegalKraft, along with Fabrycki and Kudelski, their long-time Associates Aleksandra Rogalska and Arkadiusz Cegielka have joined as well.
