CMS has advised Fricke Maszyny Rolnicze on the sale of its John Deere dealership activities in Poland to Agro-Siec Maszyny. Malecki Legal and Modzelewska & Pasnik advised the buyers. Bialy Tax Lawyers reportedly advised Agro-Siec Maszyny as well.
The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.
According to CMS, the divestment forms part of Frickes strategy to focus on key markets and streamline operations, with continuity of service for John Deere customers in Poland to be ensured by the buyer.
