SSK&W has advised Cyber360 on raising funds from Simpact Ventures.
According to SSK&W, Cyber360’s CyberDefender operates as a remote IT security center, continuously monitoring client networks and endpoints to detect attacks, fraud attempts, and malware and respond preemptively, bringing enterprise-level protection within reach of medium-sized companies and organizations.
In 2024, SSK&W advised ASP Capital on its investment into Cyber360 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on December 16, 2024).
The SSK&W team included Partner Szymon Syp and Senior Associate Natalia Grzegorzewska.
