Greenberg Traurig and Penteris Advise on Echo Investment's EUR 103 Million Sale of Libero Shopping Center in Katowice

Greenberg Traurig has advised Echo Investment on the EUR 103 million sale of the Libero shopping center in Katowice to Estonian investor Summus Capital. Penteris advised Summus Capital.

According to Greenberg Traurig, the deal is the largest single-asset retail transaction in Poland in 2025. As reported by CEE Real Estate Matters, Libero Katowice offers 45,000 square meters of gross leasable area with over 150 stores, diverse restaurants, cafes, a fitness center, a bowling alley, and a cinema. Designed by MOFO Architekci and completed in 2018, the shopping centre is almost 100% leased and attracts approximately 6 million visitors annually. The center is located in the capital city of the Silesia region.
