Baker McKenzie has advised Mapletree on a logistics lease agreement with Agata covering a total of 128,000 square meters in Piotrkow Trybunalski, central Poland. The firm also advised Mapletree on a deal with Bremer Poland, which will be the general contractor responsible for the design-and-build delivery of the asset.
According to Baker McKenzie, the transaction includes a 10-year extension of an existing 87,000-square-meter lease at Piotrkow II DC1 and DC2, and a new 10-year, 41,000-square-meter built-to-suit lease at Piotrkow II DC3, located adjacent to the existing facilities.
The Baker McKenzie team included Partner Weronika Guerquin-Koryzma and Senior Associates Justyna Glinka and Kamil Matyskiewicz.
