SSK&W has advised BinderLess on a financing round with participation from Kogito Ventures and business angels.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
According to SSK&W, BinderLess is an AI-powered common data environment platform for the construction industry, already supporting more than 400 projects and helping centralize and manage project documentation.
Kogito Ventures is an early-stage VC fund co-financed by PFR Ventures under the Starter program.
The SSK&W team included Managing Partner Szymon Syp and Senior Associate Natalia Grzegorzewska.
