SRC has advised Legend Hotels on the acquisition of the Courtyard by Marriott Gdynia Waterfront in Poland from Vastint.
According to SRC, the transaction further strengthens Legend Hotels’ growth strategy and consolidates its position on the Polish hospitality market, as well as in the wider CEE region, by adding a high-profile, internationally branded asset to its portfolio.
