Gessel has advised Lux Med Group on its acquisition of the Mental Path network of psychotherapy centers.
According to Gessel, under the agreement, seven Mental Path facilities in Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice, Sopot, and Rzeszow will join Lux Med Group. Mental Path is a growing network of mental health centres employing more than 200 specialists, including psychotherapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists, serving both individual and corporate clients. The transaction will double Lux Med Group’s scale in this segment by integrating Mental Path with its existing Harmonia Mental Health Clinics.
The Gessel team included Managing Partner Marcin Macieszczak, Partner Bartlomiej Wozniak, and Senior Associate Rafal Smolik.
