Clifford Chance has advised Ipopema Securities as the arranger and dealer on the issuance of green bonds by Mosty Magazyny Energii, part of the Mosty Group. SSW advised Most Magazyny Energii.
According to Clifford Chance, the PLN 100 million issuance will primarily finance the construction of a Battery Energy Storage System.
