Gide has advised Remake Live SCPI on the acquisition of a logistics facility in Tarnow from Grupa Wicher.
According to Gide, the property comprises approximately 6,800 square meters of gross leasable area and is fully leased to InPost under a long-term agreement.
The Gide team included Partner Blazej Czwarnok, Associates Aleksandra Kobylinska-Szopinska and Maciej Grela, and Attorney at Law Trainee Katarzyna Duchlinska.
