Wolf Theiss has advised Appeninn Holding on the acquisition of a Goodyear logistics centre in southern Poland with approximately 56,000 square metres of gross lettable area.
According to Wolf Theiss, the 56,343-square-metre facility is fully leased to Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations under a long-term agreement with extension options. The site is located near one of Goodyear’s largest European tyre manufacturing plants and close to the Polish A4 highway.
The Wolf Theiss team included Partner Grzegorz Skowronski, Counsel Bartosz Kopik, and Associate Kamil Krol.
