Nyerges & Partners has advised Shikun & Binui Energy on the engineering, procurement, and construction agreement with CJR Renewables for the development of a 69.5 megawatt-peak project in Satu Mare, Romania.

Shikun & Binui Energy specializes in the development, financing, construction, and operation of power generation plants based on renewable energies, such as solar energy, hydro, wind, and natural gas.

CJR Renewables is a Portuguese construction company providing services for the construction of wind farms and solar photovoltaic plants.

Nyerges & Partners Managing Partner Mihaela Nyerges had also advised Shikun & Binui Energy on the initial acquisition of the project from Monsson (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on January 19, 2022) while, at the time, a Partner with Vlasceanu, Nyerges & Partners.
