Former Serban & Associates Partner Mugurel Tataru has joined Stratulat Albulescu as Counsel and Co-Head of the firm's Dispute Resolution Group.
Tataru will helm the Dispute Resolution Group alongside Counsel Alexandru Ciacoi.
Before joining Stratulat Albulescu, Tataru was a Partner with Serban & Associates between 2023 and 2025. Earlier, he worked for Marieta Avram Law Office, firstly as a Managing Lawyer between 2017 and 2020, and then as a Partner between 2020 and 2023. Earlier still, he worked for Stoica & Associates as a Junior Lawyer between 2011 and 2014 and as an Associate Lawyer between 2014 and 2017.
