Ijdelea & Associates has advised BSOG Energy on the development and feedstock supply agreement with DN Agrar. Suciu Partners reportedly advised DN Agrar.

According to Ijdelea & Associates, this marks a key milestone in the launch of BSOG’s first biomethane production project in Romania. Targeting an installed capacity of 15 to 20 megawatts, the project will be entirely financed by BSOG Energy, with a projected investment of EUR 30 million. DN Agrar, a Romanian agribusiness, will supply organic feedstock from its farms under a 15-year supply agreement. The project is expected to begin operations by early 2028, subject to a final investment decision.
