Leroy si Asociatii has advised Vinci Energies on its agreement to acquire EnergoBit Group. PwC’s Romanian affiliate D&B David and Baias reportedly advised the founders of EnergoBit.
The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.
According to Leroy si Asociatii, EnergoBit Group is one of Romania’s leading energy solutions providers. The acquisition strengthens Vinci’s footprint in Romania’s energy transition sector, building on the group’s position as a global leader in energy and information technology services.
The Leroy si Asociatii team included Partners Bruno Leroy and Andreea Toma and Senior Associates Ruxandra Manciu, Cristian Bumbac, and Mihnea Ratiu.
The D&B David and Baias team included Managing Partner Sorin David, Partners Cristina Paduraru and Lucian Bozian, Senior Managing Associate Alice Spridon, and Senior Associate Andreea Toncu.
