RTPR Advises Resource Partners on IaBilet.ro and BestMusic Concerts Acquisition

Radu Taracila Padurari Retevoescu has advised Resource Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in IaBilet.ro and BestMusic Concerts. 

Resource Partners is a private equity fund in Central and Eastern Europe. 

IaBilet.ro is an online ticketing platform in Romania, serving concerts, festivals, theatre, sports, and family events, while BestMusic Concerts is a concert promoter with over 3,000 shows organized.

The RTPR team was led by Partner Alina Stavaru and Counsel Cristina Enaga and included Partner Roxana Ionescu, Managing Associate Andrei Tosa, Senior Associate Cezara Urzica, Associate Serban Halmagean, and Junior Associates Luka Perovic, Daria Spatariu, and Iasmina Buse.
