DLA Piper has advised Volaris Group on its acquisition of Bit Soft. Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii advised the seller.
Bit Soft, a Romanian software and IT services company operating in the hospitality market, with activities in Romania, Hungary, France, and Bulgaria.
According to DLA Piper, "as part of Volaris Group's growing foodservice and hospitality portfolio, Bit Soft will gain access to a global network of software companies and operational expertise, while preserving the autonomy and entrepreneurial culture that has driven its success."
