RTPR has advised Arobs Transilvania Software on the acquisition of a majority stake in Global Engineering Services & Solutions. Sole Practitioners Codruta Hageanu and Daniel Hageanu reportedly advised the sellers.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
According to RTPR, Arobs, the largest tech company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, provides software services and solutions across multiple industries. Gess Engineering is a Sibiu-based Romanian engineering company that develops and implements vehicle testing, validation, and integration solutions, offering end-to-end services from engineering and design through prototype testing and performance analysis.
The RTPR team included Partners Alina Stavaru and Roxana Ionescu, Managing Associate Andrei Tosa, Senior Associate Cezara Urzica, Associate Serban Halmagean, and Junior Associates Luka Perovic and Daria Spatariu.
