RTPR Advises Proinvest Group on Sale of Insulating Panel Division to Lattonedil

RTPR has advised Proinvest Group on the sale of its insulating panel division to Lattonedil. Antico & Partners reportedly advised Lattonedil.

Lattonedil is a European producer and distributor of insulating panels. According to RTPR, following the transaction, Proinvest Group will retain a minority stake in the newly established entity, Lattonedil Romania SRL, through which the production of sandwich panels will continue jointly with the buyer.

Founded in 2000 in Pascani, Proinvest Group specializes in the manufacture of steel components and construction and industrial systems, operating several production facilities in Iasi County.

The RTPR team included Partners Roxana Ionescu and Mihai Ristici, Senior Associate Cezara Urzica, Associates Andrei Nicolae and Serban Halmagean, and Junior Associate Daria Spatariu.
