Kinstellar Advises GEA on Joint Venture with RebelDot

Kinstellar, working alongside Noerr, has advised the GEA Group on its joint venture with RebelDot. 

According to Kinstellar, GEA, a DAX-listed global supplier of process technology for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, is establishing “RebelDot Process Industries” together with the Cluj-based technology company. The new joint venture is expected to launch in January 2026 and will provide software development services, including web, mobile, and AI solutions.

The Kinstellar team included Partners Rusandra Sandu and Luiza Bedros, Counsel Theodor Artenie, Managing Associates Mihai Stan and Lidia Zarnescu, and Associate Teodor Lupu.

Kinstellar could not provide additional information on the matter.
