Filip & Company and Legal Ground Advise on BT Property's Acquisition of Record Park Office Complex in Cluj-Napoca

Filip & Company has advised BT Property on its acquisition of the Record Park office complex in Cluj-Napoca from Belgium-based Aya Properties Fund. Legal Ground advised Aya Properties Fund.

BT Property is an alternative real estate investment fund for professional investors managed by INNO Investments SAI SA.

According to Filip & Company, Record Park is an office complex of approximately 15,000 square metres located in central Cluj-Napoca. The project also includes amenities such as a co-working space and underground parking.

The Filip & Company team included Partners Ioana Roman and Alina Stancu Birsan, Senior Associates Simona Despa Ungureanu, Roxana Rosca, and Alina Savastre, and Associates Roxana Tiugan and Antonia Cioploiu.

The Legal Ground team included Attorney at Law Alex Bumbu.
