Moravcevic, Vojnovic, and Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr has advised UniCredit Bank Serbia on the issuance of a mini-bond in Serbia.
According to Schoenherr, in this pioneering deal, UniCredit acted as both issuance agent and investor, with the mini-bond issued by one of its long-standing corporate clients. Structured with a five-year maturity, the mini-bond provides a new alternative to traditional bank financing, aiming to better address the funding needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The Schoenherr team included Partner Nikola Babic and Attorney at Law Petar Vucinic.
