Act Legal has expanded into the Western Balkans by joining forces with Belgrade-based Vukovic & Partners.
The newly set-up outfit will be jointly helmed by Managing Partners Dejan Vukovic and Dejan Plamenac.
Vukovic has been at the helm of Vukovic & Partners for 18 years, having set it up in 2007. His practice focuses on corporate law, real estate, capital markets, finance, and commercial law.
Plamenac has been with Vukovic & Partners since 2013, when he joined as an Associate, and later became an Attorney at Law in 2016, a Senior Attorney at Law in 2018, and finally a Partner in 2021. His practice focuses on corporate, M&A, and commercial law.
The expansion also included Act Legal entering the Belgian market.
