AP Legal has advised OTP Banka Srbija Novi Sad and AikBank Beograd on a EUR 24 million loan to Residence Projekat Dva Beograd.
The financing is for the development of a residential project in Belgrade.
The AP Legal team included Managing Partner Aleksandar Preradovic and Senior Associates Jovan Cirkovic and Dusan Preradovic.
