JPM Partners has promoted Janez Voncina and Marko Mrdja to Partners.
Former Senior Associate Voncina has been with JPM Partners since 2018, when he joined as an Associate. He was promoted to a Senior Associate in 2020. Earlier, he worked as an Of Counsel for Law Office of Jasmina Pavlovic from 2016 to 2018 and for Law Office of Miso Draskovic from 2014 to 2016. From 2010 to 2014, Voncina was the Head of Corporate for AR Plane. According to JPM Partners, he focuses on corporate and M&A, commercial law, dispute resolution, and customs and transport law matters.
Former Senior Associate Mrdja has been with JPM Partners since 2017. According to the firm, he focuses on corporate and M&A, energy, resources, and infrastructure matters.
