Moravcevic Vojnovic and Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr has advised Kafeterija on its acquisition of Loft.
According to Schoenherr, Kafeterija is one of the largest specialty coffee chains in Eastern Europe and among the fastest-growing consumer brands in Serbia. The company operates more than 60 locations across Serbia and Montenegro and has established itself as a leading player in the regional specialty coffee sector. Loft is a premium coffee chain based in Novi Sad.
The transaction represents Kafeterija’s second acquisition and forms part of its broader regional growth strategy, strengthening its presence in key urban markets and expanding its premium specialty coffee offering.
