Finreg Partners has advised the Slovak financial group Across on its acquisition of a majority stake in investment company Cleverest. Endors reportedly advised the seller.
The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.
Through the acquisition of Cleverest, an investment company licensed by the Czech National Bank, Across is expanding its operations to the Czech Republic, according to Finreg Partners. Upon completion of the transaction, "Cleverest will operate under the Across brand and offer Czech clients a wide range of investment products and wealth management services."
The Finreg Partners team was led by Partner Ondrej Mikula and included Jan Sovar, Attorney Monika Subrtova, and Junior Lawyer Jiri Krejca.
