Dentons and Ketler & Partners, member of Karanovic, have advised a club of banks led by Tatra Banka on a syndicated loan facility supporting the M&A activities of Seyfor. Barger Prekop and Kocian Solc Balastik advised Seyfor. Alexandros Economou reportedly advised the banks as well.
Seyfor is an IT company. The lender group included Tatra Banka as the arranger, agent, and lender, alongside Raiffeisenbank Ceska Republika and Slovenska Sporitelna.
According to Dentons, the financing will enable Seyfor to continue its acquisition-driven expansion across Europe. The company employs more than 1,900 people, serves clients in 42 countries, and is the Czech Republic’s largest provider of accounting, ERP, payroll, and HR systems.
