Maja Zgajnar has launched a new MLAW boutique law firm in Slovenia.
According to Zgajnar, the firm will advise clients on domestic and cross-border matters, including transactions and other projects, and will work with a network of external experts on mandates across Slovenia, Europe, and the Middle East.
Prior to setting up MLAW, Zgajnar worked for CMS as a Partner from 2017 to 2025. Earlier, she worked for Schoenherr as a Lawyer from 2001 to 2003, as well as a Partner from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, she worked for Wolf Theiss as a Senior Associate from 2007 to 2013.
